Every year, Camp Lejeune OSC hosts a "flocking fundraiser." Teams are formed to deploy a flock of plastic flamingos to the front lawns of Paradise Point and Hospital Point Base Housing. The "migration" occurs each night, and teams are responsible for moving their flock of flamingos to raise money for the cause. This year, this flock of flamingos will support Camp Lejeune Leadership Seminar, a charitable 501(c)3 that provides a transformative 3-day leadership training for military spouses, which strengthens individuals to expand local connections and reinvests directly into leadership growth in our military spouse community.
